19. Uinkin and Disposition

All living creatures survive by adapting themselves to the change in their surroundings for 
life conservation. The same applies to the human body. When winter comes, our skin 
closes the sweat pore and thickens. When summer comes, our skin opens the sweat pore 
and thins. Like this, all living creatures try hard to survive in their environment.

All living things have different characters depending on regions, seasons, and growth 
process. Seaweed is more delicious in winter and water parsley is better in spring. This 
statement can apply to not only the ingredients, but also humans too. Because the humans
are born in nature. Each of their personality is revealed by their dispositions, and these two
things make a difference in their quality of life.

How about the microorganisms? They are different depending on some factors, too. 
The microorganisms that coexist with host have to adapt to the host's particularity. But in 
recent years, some studies show that the owner of the body is not human, but the 
microorganisms. In other words, host's behavior or personality are the consequences of 
microorganisms' control. In December 2011, a report in the European Journal of Personality
says that "We can figure out someone's personality by investigating the person's body 
odor."

At this moment, we have to pay attention to the microorganisms. The body odor consists 
of the sweat's components which are disassembled by the microorganisms that are 
parasitic on armpit. The microorganisms have a effect on our judgement about other 
people's personality through their body odor.

If we have a good mind, then the microorganisms which like good energy will be 
generated. The flavor of food is depending on the cook's mind. Furthermore, this truth is 
related to our health.
